SEO Elite

SEO Elite is a very well known SEO Software and it works as promised. I use it mainly for the very comfortable SERP tracking, integrated link partner search and backlink analysis.
It contains a lot more functions, the main functions can be described as follows:

1. Analyze backlinks using a specified search engine
Ok, it works, but Yahoo Site Explorer and Google Webmaster Tools do it as well.
2. Link Building (E-mail Campaign and Link Submission)
Somewhat inaccurate link partner search, but  it gives a very good overview and offers automated link exchange requests and a  integrated project management
3. Analyze allinanchor, allintitle or allintext
Competition analysis – you should not miss it.
4. Verify that link partners are still linking back
As the title says.
5. SERP tracking (without getting a temporary Google ban)
Provides graphical representation, long term SERP-Tracking and a CSV export as well as a project import and export.
6. Find out the number of indexed pages
Just numbers, I did not pay attention to this option yet.
7. Find possible authority sites
Relatively imprecise feature, but I use it for link building.
8. Article and directory submission
Good service in my opinion, but there are better tools for this use case.
